FC BAYERN
YOUTH CUP NIGERIA

Our signature tournament for identifying elite U16 boys is part of the FC Bayern Youth Cup tournament series hosted by FC Bayern partners in different countries, with each participating country sending a representing team to the world finals that holds at the Allianz Arena in Munich. Since its first Nigerian edition in 2018, Africa’s first, over 10,000 players have participated with several of the players identified receiving invites to youth national team training camps. Five (5) of the players have gone on to represent the Nigeria in regional tournaments and the U17 FIFA World Cup, with some pursuing a professional career in Local and European leagues.

VOE FOUNDATION
COACH ACADEMY

In collaboration with FC Bayern Munich, we have been hosting free coach education programs since 2018 with an FCT FA co-operation resulting in over 20 coaches attending a practical workshop with Bayern Legend, Giovane Elber in 2020. We scaled our reach in 2021 by supporting the education of coaches across Africa, with over 80 coaches spread across Ghana, Cameroon, Nigeria, Kenya, and South Africa participating in our 8 weeklong coach education courses delivered online by FC Bayern International Coaches. The Coach academy continues to grow with over 120 African coaches taking part in 2022.

VOE FOUNDATION
BOOKS AND BOOTS

Our Books and Boots project encourages devotion to education by rewarding good academic results with a pair of sports boots. This initiative in collaboration with partners is aimed at indigent athletes and takes away the burden of using their limited resources to buy sport equipment, so that these monies can be used for essential needs like food and healthcare. This initiative impacts 50+ kids annually with stipends, partial and full scholarships awarded to the most deserving athletes.
